I just read about this on the Cols Underground site via Facebook! What a great program! And, just what this city needs!!! Now, if all that talk about a $20 million (”and that’s just the floor”) bike initiative would actually come true, we could have wonderful and safe bike-ways for everyone including the tourists and visitors to travel around on with ease.
